DESCRIPTION

Amazon seeks an Operations Analyst to support the Amazons cash away initiatives led by India Payments team. India Payments team is working on initiatives to provide the best digital payments experience to Amazon customers both on and off Amazon. These initiatives cut across the shopping journey of the customers from pre-order, at checkout and post order
This position will be focused on driving the programs/products for enabling digital experiences for post order payments. You will be working closely with Product, Marketing, Program, and Analytics team to support programs and campaign solutions that are aimed at providing a seamless cashless experience to our customers. A person in this position will be responsible for supporting campaign execution, managing program operations, coordinate with Customer Support team to resolve customer issues, managing customer cashback promotions, driving reporting and data analytics through KPI Dashboards, as well as exception analysis and their closures. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for streamlining processes and who can work independently to deliver accurate and timely results.
This role requires an individual with excellent investigative, research and communication skills, outstanding business acumen, and past ops experience a plus. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.































The individual will also participate in the effort to define workflow and be responsible for delivering the necessary results to support the business and related testing requirement. He/She, along with the program/product manager, will interface with the various internal teams in a highly agile environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate, with a degree (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com)
* Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of groups, including Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, and Senior Management.
* Ability to carry out complex analyses, synthesize data and provide policy & process improvements, business strategy recommendations based on data to deliver qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decision making across the organization
* Proficiency in Excel, database applications and other analysis tools
* B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance or Operations
* 3-5 years of Operation experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
































* Engineering graduate, with a B.E. / B.Tech degree
* Knowledge of SQL is desirable
* Experience and ability to use Excel, Data Ware House.
* Experience in a Retail or e-Commerce environment is desirable
* Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance community, marketing business managers, Customer Service, as well as Retail product line managers
* Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
